If you're on this block, we assume that you've mastered chest-to-bar kipping, kipping pull-ups and strict pull-ups, and that you're capable of performing 6 to 8 chest-to-bar kipping movements without hip extension. HSPU level: you are able to perform 3 to 5 strict HSPU. GYM BLOC 4 Gym Bloc 4 is dedicated to Bar Muscle-ups and Handstand Walk. Of course, this implies that you have all the prerequisites from the previous blocks to work correctly and effectively. It is a 12-week program that takes place 2x/week, lasting approximately 1 hour each session, designed to strengthen your skills and improve your strength. “Dreams are the blueprints of our destiny”
